Job Description

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Define and maintain IOP test strategy, coverage map, device matrix (QVL/QDL approach), and execution plan/phases.
Own schedule, resource planning, and bench allocation; ensure parallelization and throughput.
2-8+ years in system/platform validation, interoperability testing, or silicon/platform QA for client/server PCs.
Strong knowledge of PC architecture: UEFI/ACPI, PCIe, USB/Type-C PD, NVMe, graphics/display stack, networking.
Proven program management skills: planning, dependency tracking, stakeholder management, and reporting.\
Experience with defect lifecycle tools (Jira/Azure DevOps) and release gating.
Excellent communication: clear executive summaries, risk articulation, and decision support.
