Intern/Trainee - Telecalling & Lead Gen (Remote)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling to CIO/CFO to promote Contract Staffing

• Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to identify potential business clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies/campaigns.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn for outreach, networking and client acquisition.
• Maintain and update CRM / sales / client databases.
• Understand the companys products/services deeply to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
• Provide support in marketing materials brochures, presentations, content as required.
• Assist in market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and new business-opportunity segments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Grduate fresher with excellent english comm. skills
• Ready to make 50+ Calls daily & Maintain data in XLS
• Freshers or candidates with minimal experience trainee/entry-level welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to do outreach/ networking.
• Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn or other B2B portals, MS Office) preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / lead generation (preferred)
• Ability to work in a team, and also self-motivate to meet lead-generation or outreach targets.
• Interest in corporate marketing/sales
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
