Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Nashik. The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure excellent satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience. The Customer Relationship Executive will also be responsible for supporting business relationship management activities and fostering loyalty through clear and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Relations
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and fostering customer partnerships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused attitude
• Proven ability to handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
• A proactive approach to building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
