We are excited to begin our search for a Technical Application Support Analyst to provide support to our SaaS and on-prem software customers. If you have outstanding customer service skills, excellent problem-solving skills and you are a team player and passionate about technology - consider joining our success at Cytel! Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries. Manage incoming support tickets via email, chat, phone, or support portals. Identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot reported issues. Assist customers during the onboarding process. Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and subscription-related queries. Escalate complex issues to engineering or development teams. Provide clear step-by-step resolutions or workarounds. Create and maintain documentation and knowledge-base articles. Qualifications Bachelor's degree holder (recent graduate) less than 1 year of professional experience. Understanding of SaaS applications and R Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and network configuration Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills This is a temporary contract role with a duration of 6 months.
