Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily operational workflows by performing accurate data entry, record updates, and document indexing into internal systems.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining aero documentation (reports, spreadsheets, checklists) to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Run basic data validation and reconciliation tasks to identify discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, admin) to gather information, track progress, and follow up on action items.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Recently completed a bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Science, or related discipline).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to prepare clear reports and emails.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and comfortable learning new internal tools.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
• Available to work on-site in India and commit to the internship schedule as required.
