Community Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with recruiters and clients using the platform.
• Manage community interactions across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Assist in onboarding new recruiters and guiding them through the platform’s workflow.
• Collect feedback from users to improve engagement and platform features.
• Support in organizing online events, webinars, and engagement campaigns.
• Create and share content (FAQs, updates, posts) to keep the community informed and active.
• Monitor activity, answer queries, and ensure a positive community environment.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Social media savvy (LinkedIn, online communities).
• Interest in recruitment, HRTech, or community building.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
