International Voice Process

We are hiring experienced Call Center Agents for our International Voice Process catering to UK and US customers. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK & US customers professionally
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries efficiently
• Demonstrate strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Perform cross-selling and up-selling to maximize revenue opportunities
• Maintain and update customer records using CRM tools and dialer systems
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Follow quality standards, compliance guidelines, and process SOPs
• Contribute positively to a high-energy, performance-driven work culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (UK/US preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (accent-neutral)
• Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (Hotkey knowledge is an advantage)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and dialer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK & US timings)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a results-driven mindset
