Role Overview: As a member of Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues. Your role will involve diagnosing the problems efficiently and offering the most suitable technical support plan to the customers. Moreover, you will also be involved in promoting relevant software to enhance customer experience.
