Description

We are seeking candidates for the Hiring for International Voice Process position. This role involves interacting with international customers through voice calls, providing them with outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Assist in troubleshooting and provide solutions to customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
