Job Description

As a Quality Analyst for Inbound International Voice Process, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Call Monitoring - Listening and auditing for International Voice Process - Conducting Calibration sessions in sync with the QA team - Analysis for inbound/outbound calls - Monitoring and evaluating inbound and outbound calls - Developing and conducting briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities Preferred candidate profile: - At least 1 year of experience in the same field - Good Communication Skills - Good Analytical & Interpretation skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts This position offers the following perks and benefits: - All Sundays + 2 alternate Saturdays Off - Indian Festival Holidays - Mid-day/Night shifts available Please note that transportation is not provided for this role.,
