Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for an International Voice Process position. The role involves handling inbound and outbound international calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Tasks also include maintaining accurate documentation, meeting performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals. Professional communication and the ability to interact effectively with an international clientele are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with an international audience and address client concerns.
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and understanding data-driven insights to improve customer interactions.
• Experience or knowledge in Sales and Finance to handle customer transactions and offer relevant recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Prior experience in international voice process roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with international accents is highly desirable.
