Job Description – Comcast Inbound Process (US Telecom Voice)

Process Overview

The role involves supporting Comcast customers over voice calls for internet, Wi-Fi, and telephone service issues. The associate will perform basic troubleshooting, create technician tickets when needed, and support additional sales opportunities such as fiber plan upgrades, Optimum cards, and TV packages.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate (Fresher or Experienced)
• Graduate Freshers Welcome
• SSC + 3-Year Diploma
• HSC + 3-Year Diploma
• Recent graduates from the last 5 years only
• Age: 21–32 years
• Must have all marksheets and passing certificates

Shift Details

• US Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within this window
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Week Off: Any 2 rotational off days

Transportation:

• Home pickup & home drop (within transport boundaries)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Comcast customers regarding Wi-Fi and phone connectivity issues
• Guide customers through router checks and basic troubleshooting steps
• Log and escalate unresolved issues by raising a technician ticket
• Provide information and support for product upgrades including:
• Internet/Fiber plans
• Optimum cards
• TV package upgrades
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow process compliance
• HR Round (Telephonic)
• Versant Test (In office)
• Operations Round (In office)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
