Job Title: Healthcare Process – International Voice Process Executiveexpertia.ai+5expertia.ai+5fininfocom.com+5 Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon, Haryana Batch Start Date: June 24, 2025 Experience Required: Minimum 3 months in an international voice process Compensation: ₹37,000 CTC per month (₹33,000 post-deductions) Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, including night shifts Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview - As a healthcare process executive in our international voice process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients in the healthcare sector. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients, addressing their healthcare-related queries and concerns in a professional manner. Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly, providing accurate information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within the company's CRM system. Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining high-quality service standards. Performance Metrics: Meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on healthcare products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
