Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from international customers (primarily from US/UK/Australia/Canada).
Resolve customer issues and provide information regarding products/services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams as needed.
Adhere to shift timings, especially night shifts or rotational shifts, depending on the process.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing skills, CRM tools).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree .
Prior experience in an international voice process of atleast 6 months.

Additional Information:

Shift: Night shift / Rotational shift (based on process)
Working Days: 5 days a week (weekends may be included based on schedule)
Location: 5th Floor, Planful B16, Raheja Mindspace, Hitech City

Should be C1 in English.
