Job Role: International Voice Process

Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling global customers, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service.This is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work with a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:-Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers
-Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism-Provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction-Maintain call logs and update internal systems with customer information-Meet or exceed defined performance metrics including call quality and resolution time-Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Requirements:
-6 months to 4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (customer support / technical support / telesales)-Excellent verbal communication skills in English-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities-Proficiency in using CRM tools and call handling software-Willingness to work in night shifts or 24/7 rotational shifts
Good to Have:
-Experience supporting customers from the US, UK, or other English-speaking countries-Background in industries like tech support, e-commerce, travel, telecom, or finance-Familiarity with SLA-driven environments

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
