Job Description

As a Customer Support for HCL's renowned banking process, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities: - Respond to clients via both voice and written communication to ensure timely and satisfactory outcomes - Handle queries related to products, services, data, and client accounts - Manage multiple client queries simultaneously - Utilize workflow tools efficiently to manage workload - Contribute to team targets including service levels and quality measures - Maintain accurate records of customer communication using internal systems - Utilize knowledge tools to follow correct processes and ask appropriate questions - Support other internal teams to resolve client queries effectively - Ensure good client outcomes are central to operational activities and decision-making - Provide excellent client service and aim to exceed client expectations Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Problem-solving mindset - Ability to multitask - Team player with the capability to work well individually - Minimum educational requirement of 12th grade The company also offers the following perks: - Cab facility available for home pickup and drop - 5 days working schedule If you are passionate about working in an international voice process and meet the qualifications mentioned above, please share your resume and required details to vignesh-baskaran@hcltech.com with the subject line "International Voice Process - Noida".,
