Required Qualification & Experience :

Any Grad Or Under Grad .
Expertise Verbal and written skills .
Freshers are also eligible
Min 1yr+experience in Tech Support
Should have experience into up selling and Cross Selling
Delivered real-time technical support for hardware and software (e.g., printer configuration and troubleshooting)
support via inbound calls .

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Gard

Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
