International Voice & Non Voice Customer Support || Freshers & Experience||

1.International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities (Voice Process International Customer Support):

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound calls

    from international customers.
  • Listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide

    accurate information/solutions

    .
  • Resolve product or service-related issues with

    professionalism and empathy

    .
  • Maintain

    positive customer interactions

    even in challenging situations.
  • Document customer interactions and update details in

    CRM systems

    .
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while meeting

    quality and compliance guidelines

    .
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Meet performance metrics like

    First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

    .

2. International Non Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and requests from international clients through

    email and chat support

    .
  • Provide

    accurate and timely information

    related to products, services, and policies.
  • Maintain

    professional, empathetic, and clear communication

    across different time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Accurately log interactions and update customer records in CRM tools.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure

    customer satisfaction and quick resolution

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification:

    12th pass

    / Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Excellent

    written communication skills

    in English.
  • Typing speed

    and basic computer knowledge are mandatory.
  • Ability to

    adapt quickly

    , manage multiple tasks, and work in rotational night shifts.
  • Prior

    customer support experience

    preferred but not mandatory.
