Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones. Help manage the tools used for agent communications. Good verbal and written communication Minimum 4yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit Work from client location in Kormangala on the basis of US shift.
