International Voice Customer Support

Locations:

Hyderabad.
Bangalore.
Vishakhapatnam (Vizaq).
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent.
Shift:
Night Rotational Shifts (5 Days Working) + 2 Rotational Week-offs.
Qualification:
+2 / Any Degree.
Language Requirement:
Excellent Communication Skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through voice support.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear and concise solutions.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, providing accurate information about products and services.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
Maintain a professional tone and attitude while handling customers.

Requirements:

Qualification: +2 / Any Degree
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
6 months to 18 months of relevant customer support experience:

Proficiency in communication skills.
Experience in handling voice-based customer support.

Experience (Vizaq only):

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.

Salary:

Hyderabad & Bangalore:

Freshers:
3 LPA,
6-18 months experience:
Up to 3.4lpa
Above 18 months experience:
Up to 4.25lpa.

Vizaq:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of customer support
CTC:
Up to 4.3 LPA
Cab provided.
