International Voice Customer Support

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab

Location - Hyderabad

Cab facility

Salary:

Freshers: 3 LPA CTC : 17k + 2k Attendance bonus
6-18 months exp : 3.4 LPA CTC : 20k+ 2k Attendance bonus
18+ months exp : 4 LPA CTC : 25k +2k Attendance Bonus

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Graduate
Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
