International Voice Customer Support

Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Rotational Shift - 2 way cab

( If not cab allowances : 3,300 )

Location - Hyderabad(Cab Radius 30 KMS)

Salary:

Fresher - 3 LPA ----- 17K + 2K ATTENDANCE BONUS

6M-18M - 3.4 LPA ------ 20K + 2K ATTENDANCE BONUS

ABOVE 18M - 4 LPA ----- 25K + 2K ATTENDANCE BONUS

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

Minimum Education: Under grads /Any Gard
Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
Use CRM tools effectively.
Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential.
