Role & responsibilities Job Description Voice Process: Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve queries related to products/services with clarity and accuracy. Deliver excellent customer experience Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues. Non-Voice Process: Process customer data, queries, or claims through email/chat/back-office tools. Ensure timely and accurate data entry and response. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Desired Skills: Good communication skills in English (Voice Process). Basic computer knowledge and typing speed (Non-Voice). Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Problem-solving ability and adaptability. Preferred candidate profile only Graduate freshers are eligible.
