Job Description

As an International Travel Sales Executive (BPO), you will be joining a dynamic travel BPO team focused on selling international flight products and travel ancillaries to global leisure and corporate customers. Your primary responsibility will be handling inbound and outbound sales calls to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will create and manage PNRs using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and ensure accurate fare calculation and ticket issuance. Utilizing CRM systems, you will log interactions, follow up on leads, and drive repeat business through cross-selling and upselling strategies. Providing visa, passport, baggage, and fare rule advisory to international travelers will also be part of your role, escalating complex cases when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in international travel sales or ticketing within a BPO/contact center environment. - Proficiency in GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. - Knowledge of IATA ticketing, fare calculation, and PNR management. - Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and call center dialers such as Avaya or Genesys. - Strong spoken and written English with polished telephone etiquette for international customers. - Willingness to work rotating shifts to cover international markets and peak travel windows. Preferred Qualifications: - IATA/UFTAA certification or formal ticketing training. - Multilingual ability in languages like Arabic, Spanish, French, or other international languages. - Experience in managing OTA or corporate travel accounts and high-value bookings.
