Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Travel Sales Consultant (B2C International) to join our growing team. The role involves handling international holiday packages, understanding customer requirements, designing customized itineraries, and closing sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound B2C queries for international travel destinations (e.g., Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, USA, etc.).
Design and customize international holiday packages as per client preferences and budget.
Provide destination guidance, visa information, and travel advice to clients.
Convert leads to sales through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth operations.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain updated knowledge of international travel trends, airline policies, and promotions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of international destinations (Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.)
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in GDS / online booking tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred).
Good coordination and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation ability.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in B2C international travel sales.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with international tour packages, group tours, and FITs.
