Role Description This is a full-time on-site International Travel Sales role located in Gurugram. The International Travel Sales Consultant will assist clients in booking flights, addressing travel needs, providing customized solutions, and offering exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, delivering world-class service, recommending travel packages, and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and address their travel needs Sales and Customer Service skills to provide excellent personalized service and meet the sales targets Analytical Skills to identify client preferences, analyze travel options, and offer the best solutions Understanding of Finance processes related to payments and pricing to ensure a seamless transaction experience Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced travel and sales environment Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools is a plus Prior experience in travel industry sales or customer service is beneficial
