Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international leads provided by the company.
• Clearly explain our services to potential clients and convert leads into customers.
• Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Record call details, feedback, and updates in CRM or call log sheet.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery to clients.

Key Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant services.
• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Prior experience in international calling or client communication preferred.

Qualification:

• MBA in any Specialization
