About the Role We are looking for a motivated and professional International Telecaller to join our dynamic team at CaseFox , a global SaaS platform revolutionizing case management for law firms worldwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in international sales while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Note: This is an in-office position. Applications are invited based in Bhopal, preferably residing within 8-10 kms from Hoshangabad Road. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make at least 120 outbound calls per day to prospects across the USA, Canada, Australia, and Middle East . Introduce CaseFox/MatterSuite and communicate our value proposition effectively. Lead Qualification: Understand prospects' needs, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads for the sales pipeline. Demo Scheduling: Set up product demos and appointments using cloud-based scheduling tools. Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless handover to the sales team. CRM Updates: Log all calls, update lead statuses, and track progress in the CRM. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, leads, and meetings booked. Customer Interaction: Handle objections professionally and build a strong rapport with potential clients. Compliance: Follow call scripts, process flows, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: Freshers welcome. Prior experience in international BPO/telecalling or SaaS sales is a plus. Language: Excellent command over US English with a neutral accent. Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of SaaS products and CRM tools is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
