Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 0.6 to 3 years in International BPO / Technical Support / Voice Process

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)

  • Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills

  • Basic understanding of technical concepts, computer operations, and typing proficiency
