Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers
Provide troubleshooting assistance for technical issues related to products/services
Deliver clear and accurate technical guidance with professionalism and empathy
Log customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the system
Achieve key performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and CSAT
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure effective problem resolution
Experience: 0.6 to 3 years in International BPO / Technical Support / Voice Process
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills
Basic understanding of technical concepts, computer operations, and typing proficiency
