Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Sales Trainer located in Mohali. The Sales Trainer will design and deliver impactful sales training programs, develop comprehensive training strategies, and conduct evaluations to enhance team performance. Responsibilities include facilitating engaging sessions, mentoring sales teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in International Sales process Trainings, Training & Development, and Presentation Skills
• Proficient Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams
• Strong experience in Customer Service to enhance team-client engagements
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and formulate tailored training solutions
• 5+ years Experience in international sales processes is advantageous
