Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales support calls to/from U.S. customers.

Minimum 1+ year experience in International voice call experience ( USA customer)

Excellent communication skills in English (preferred USA Accent)

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good Attitude, Good Team player and Polite behavior in answering the customer queries.
Ability to work in night shifts (
8 pm to 5 am
)
Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, emailing, etc.).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs including call volume, lead qualification, and Target
Preferred candidate who have personal laptop

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in International BPO, International telemarketing, inside sales, or international customer support roles.
