This is a manual dialer role – candidates must generate their own leads, pitch, and close sales. Pitch telecom services to international clients. Handle objections confidently and close sales. Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets. Maintain proper call and lead records. Candidate Profile Minimum 6 months experience in international outbound sales / cold calling / lead generation (Telecom, Insurance, Mortgage, Energy, IT Sales preferred). Excellent English communication with neutral accent.     Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, aggressive, and money-driven.
