Job Title: Retention Sales Executive – Australian Process (Hardcore Sales) Job Summary:We are looking for experienced and results-driven Retention Sales Executives to join our team for an Australian process. This is a hardcore sales role focused on retaining existing clients, handling objections, and delivering strong customer engagement. Job Location:Aurora waterfront, sector 5, kolkata 700091 Shift Timings:🕔 Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM ( Pick-up facility available ) 🗓️ Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Salary:💰 Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls to retain existing Australian clients. Identify reasons for possible customer churn and offer tailored solutions. Promote products, plans, or upgrades based on client needs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly retention and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Follow up on commitments and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the support and operations teams when required. Key Requirements: Proven hardcore sales experience, preferably in international or retention processes. Strong communication and persuasion skills (fluent English a must). Previous experience in Australian or international processes preferred. Ability to work under pressure and handle objections tactfully. Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Flexibility to work in early shift timings.
