International Sales Specialist

As a Business Development Executive at Backdropsource, you will be responsible for managing international customer inquiries, assisting with product selection and pricing, preparing quotations, coordinating order execution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your strong communication skills and passion for international sales will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage international customer inquiries through voice calls, emails, and live chat - Assist customers with product selection, pricing information, and order placement - Prepare quotations and support custom design requests - Collaborate with the design team for accurate artwork development - Coordinate end-to-end order execution and logistics updates - Maintain customer records and sales pipeline in Zoho CRM - Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction Mandatory Requirements: - Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written) - Prior sales experience - Ability to work rotational night shifts - Quick learner with strong product understanding and customer service mindset Preferred Qualifications: - Graduation in Fashion Designing, Commerce, Business, or related fields - Experience in photography, printing, fashion, or creative industries - Foreign language proficiency is a plus About Backdropsource: Backdropsource is a global leader in photography backdrops, studio equipment, and custom printing solutions.
