We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing company helping businesses scale through innovative solutions. With clients across the USA and Europe, we are expanding our international presence and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients in the USA & Europe markets.

Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Pitch company services/products to decision-makers and close deals.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for seamless onboarding.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer needs.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience in Business Development / International Sales (USA/Europe preferred).

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✅ Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.

✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales process and lead generation strategies.

✅ Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year in the sales industry
• Experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing. Demonstrated sales success
• CRM experience is preferred
