International Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for an International Sales Marketing Manager. The individual in this role will develop and implement global sales strategies, manage international client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with the product development team to ensure that offerings meet market demands. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales targets, conducting market research, and representing the company at international trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales and marketing within the packaging industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
