Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for a Head of Domestic Sales & Marketing. The individual in this role will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, lead the sales team, analyze market trends, and ensure targets are met. The role involves direct coordination with product teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Account Management and Team Management
• Exceptional Analytical Skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the packaging or related industry is a plus
