With five manufacturing sites in India, Vacmet serves industries such as Food & Beverages, Textiles, and Healthcare. The company also has subsidiaries in the UK, Netherlands, and an upcoming one in the United States.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Quality Control located in Dhar. The Manager of Quality Control will oversee the quality assurance process, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement quality control procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and managing a team of quality control technicians to maintain high-quality standards across all products.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Quality Control processes and procedures, and Quality Assurance techniques
  • Experience in conducting inspections and audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Dhar
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in packaging, is a plus
