Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

* Responsible for handling international marketing and generating business. Building and Managing Personal Relationship with different Clients. Market research, exploring and developing new business opportunities in overseas markets.

* Designing and executing the appropriate Sales & Marketing strategies for the Company.

* Development of the new markets in line with the company's ambitions.

* Achieving budgetary targets to analyze market competitiveness and support pricing negotiation with suppliers.

* Develop a good understanding of market needs and gaps within the current portfolio and identify cross selling opportunities.

* Defining, developing and deploying marketing and business development strategy for the selected new market opportunities.

* Display strong personal accountability, professionalism and customer product expertise at every customer touch point.

  • Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to grow the company’s disinfectant product line across global markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in institutional, healthcare, industrial, and consumer sectors.
  • Establish and manage relationships with international distributors, importers, and key clients to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements with global partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
  • Coordinate with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure products meet international compliance standards such as EPA, EU Biocide Regulations, and local health authorities.
  • Oversee product registration, documentation, and export requirements for targeted regions.
  • Plan and implement international marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Develop marketing materials, product brochures, and technical documents aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Manage digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation in global markets.
  • Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.

Qualification & Experience:

MBA, B.tech, M.tech, B.sc, M.sc

Must be 3-4 years experienced with International Sales/Marketing/Business Development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
