Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Mudhol. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, providing training to sales staff, and coordinating sales strategies. The role requires frequent communication with clients, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales management team.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to provide effective Training to sales staff
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
Experience in the import-export industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
