Conduct thorough research to identify potential international customers using export-import data, digital platforms, B2B portals, trade directories, and other online tools. Establish initial contact with leads via email, phone, or messaging platforms, and introduce our product range in a clear and persuasive manner. Understand customer needs and present appropriate product solutions, highlighting the benefits, specifications, and competitive advantages of our tiles. Manage and coordinate multiple export orders, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective international clients and provide exceptional pre-sales support. Maintain strong communication with existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships and improve lead conversion. Qualify leads, identify objections or challenges, and work to resolve or escalate them efficiently. Analyze accounts to understand business potential and tailor follow-up strategies accordingly. Monitor and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management. Regularly provide reports such as Sales Orders, Shipment Tracking, and lead status updates to management. Continuously seek ways to improve lead generation and sales conversion processes, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and minimize complaints.
