Roles and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns. Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and retention rates. Collaborate with internal teams to upsell/cross-sell products or services based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
