Tele Sales Executives

🌟 What You'll Do:

• 🔍 Generate high-quality leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns & social media
• 🤝 Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them effectively
• 📞 Conduct outreach via calls and emails to create interest and schedule follow-ups
• 📝 Prepare and send customized proposals based on client discussions
• 💳 Coordinate with accounts to generate invoices and ensure timely payments
• 📊 Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-ups in our CRM
• 📣 Share regular updates with the sales team on lead progress and conversions

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in tele sales (domestic or international)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored pitches
• Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
