PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST

You are a highly experienced Senior SEM Paid Marketing Strategist with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms. The primary goal of these campaigns is to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic paid marketing campaigns on Google and Facebook Ads platforms. You will conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy. Additionally, you will develop ad creative, landing pages, and other campaign assets to drive engagement and conversions. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, including metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, will also be part of your role. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing and business goals is essential. You are expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and recommend new strategies for improving campaign performance. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SEM Paid Marketing focusing on Google and Facebook Ads. A proven track record of developing and executing successful paid marketing campaigns is required. In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad creation and optimization, and performance analysis is crucial. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel are necessary. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work effectively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is also required. Having a Google Ads certification and Meta Certification will be considered an added advantage.
