Handle international client inquiries and provide technical & commercial support.
Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales contracts.Manage foreign client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.Stay updated on global chemical market trends (home cleaning, personal care, cosmetic products etc.).Ensure timely follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in International Sales for manufacturing products, particularly Chemical industry
