International Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Individual Contributor at Edureka, based in Mahadevapura, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and contributing to the growth of the company. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating revenue and contributing significantly to Edureka's growth by developing and maintaining customer relationships, as well as positioning Edureka's products effectively in the market. - Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring successful conversion of leads into sales. - Building, maintaining, and updating calling and mailing databases. - Conducting research on various tools to enhance sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. - Showing proactive initiatives for refining and strengthening existing products. - Engaging in regular follow-ups with new and existing customers to drive sales. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - A minimum of 0.6 months to 5 years of experience in Inside sales or telesales in a B2C environment, with exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve targets. - A consistent track record of meeting sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis, preferably within the education industry. - Previous experience in selling software products or services would be advantageous. - Demonstrated attributes of perseverance, motivation, diligence, and attention to detail.
