Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to international (UK) customers
  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/services
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM tools
  • Handle customer objections confidently and effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and post-sales service
  • Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
  • Follow organizational compliance and sales protocols

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in

    International Voice Sales

    (Direct Sales only)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with UK working hours (shift starts at 12 PM)
  • Immediate joiners

    or candidates

    currently serving notice period

    preferred.
