About the Role:

Online Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to used car purchases.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable vehicle options.
Explain product features, finance options, and after-sales services.
Build strong relationships and trust with customers over calls.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure high conversion rates.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Update CRM tools and maintain accurate customer records.

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in telesales/customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
Basic knowledge of used cars or automotive sales is a plus.
