Customer Service Excellence Deliver exceptional customer experience on every interaction. Maintain high call quality standards, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Ensure first-call resolution as often as possible. 4. Documentation & CRM Updates Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools. Update call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions. Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
