About the Role

Senior Data Science Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI/Data Science professionals.
Drive AI/ML research and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of model development and deployment.
Design and implement advanced ML models, including GenAI, NLP, and deep learning systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage large-scale ML systems on cloud platforms.
Maintain high standards for AI ethics, fairness, and responsible deployment.
Conduct performance optimization and scaling of AI solutions.

Core Requirements

Experience:
6–10 years in hardcore Data Science (hands-on Python coding & modeling essential).
Proven leadership experience managing AI/Data Science teams.
Advanced proficiency in
Python
(Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.).
Hands-on expertise with
ML frameworks
(TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Solid understanding of ML algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, Random Forest, Bagging, Boosting).
Strong foundation in Probability, Statistics & Mathematics.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data extraction and processing.
Cloud computing experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
